I have worked with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and delivery organisations to improve collaboration, strengthen leadership and enable successful transformation.
My experience spans digital transformation, organisational change, Agile delivery, executive facilitation, value stream mapping, technology implementation and leadership development.
Alongside my consulting work, I am an international speaker and workshop facilitator, known for creating highly interactive sessions that help leaders move beyond theory into practical action.
I also hold an Executive Diploma in Digital Leadership from Warwick Business School, bringing together expertise in digital transformation, platform strategy, business analytics and the responsible application of Artificial Intelligence.
